The other day, I read a great post from Tom Fishburne about marketing from the inside out. Summed up everything I believe about that sort of thing beautifully - ie; be true to your brand. It's no longer enough to have an external persona. Consumers, customers, viewers, people, are all a little more sophisticated. They'll see straight through it. Just ask a politician. Brands that do well are walking the walk in the way they conduct themselves.
So I was pleased to see Progress Cleaning being honest about the service they provide.
